👩⚕️ Marble Medical Center Empowers Future Healthcare Professionals through “My Career – My Future” Program
Marble Medical Center is proud to have taken part in the 7th edition of the “My Career – My Future” program, organized by the Qatar Career Development Center (QCDC) — a member of Qatar Foundation. This national initiative gave over 250 high school students from across Qatar the opportunity to explore real-world career paths through job-shadowing placements in 25 public and private sector organizations, including healthcare, business, technology, media, and more.

🏥 A Gateway to the Medical Field
As a key partner in the program, Marble Medical Center welcomed students into our facility to explore the world of medicine and clinical care. Through a series of guided sessions, interactive demonstrations, and one-on-one mentorship, students were introduced to:
-
Various medical specialties and departments
-
Clinic operations and patient care workflows
-
Roles of doctors, nurses, lab technicians, and administrative staff
-
Ethics, safety protocols, and the importance of teamwork in a healthcare setting
This experience gave students a realistic and inspiring look into what it means to pursue a career in medicine and allowed them to connect academic studies to practical, life-saving work.
🎓 Investing in the Next Generation
Our participation reflects Marble Medical Center’s strong commitment to community development and future workforce readiness. We believe that early exposure to healthcare careers can help students:
-
Make informed academic and career decisions
-
Discover their passion for medical service
-
Gain the confidence to pursue higher education in the health sector
As Marble Medical Center, emphasizes,
“True healthcare is not just about treating patients today — it’s about preparing future professionals who will care for the generations to come. We are proud to open our doors to students and help guide them toward meaningful and impactful careers in medicine.”

🤝 Aligned with National Vision
By supporting this initiative, Marble Medical Center contributes to Qatar’s National Vision for human capital development, which prioritizes empowering youth with the tools, skills, and awareness to succeed in high-demand fields like healthcare.

QCDC Executive Director Saad Abdulla Al-Kharji noted during the launch that “a single week is enough to open students’ eyes to the workplace and instill confidence in their future.” At Marble Medical Center, we were honored to be part of that transformational week.
