Please note that services provided by visiting physicians at Marble Medical are offered on a cash basis and are not covered under standard insurance plans. Payments must be made directly to the hospital at the time of service, or an advance deposit may be required in accordance with hospital policies.

The only exception applies if the patient obtains prior written authorization from their insurance provider confirming coverage for services rendered by a visiting physician. It is the patient’s sole responsibility to secure and verify this approval before availing the service.

By signing this disclaimer, the patient acknowledges that they may not be eligible for reimbursement from their insurance provider for services provided by a visiting physician. The patient agrees to bear all associated costs and understands that any post-service reimbursement claims may not be accepted.
